Double room in stunning and unique location

Double room to rent in shared house with me and my two kids (15 and 10) who stay 2/3 nights a week.
Lewes Old Racecourse is a stunning country location within walking distance of Lewes centre. I run a small livery yard from a stable block next door and there’s a good vibe generally on site with lots of activity going on. Doesn’t feel quiet and isolated!
The room is on the GF and is a good size with plenty of room for a desk. I’ve part furnished it with an almost brand new good quality double bed and mattress, hanging rail and mini SMEG fridge. I’ll probably buy a rug and maybe a desk/dressing table/chest of drawers.
Rest of the house is comfortable with a kitchen breakfast room and Aga, and a living room with log burner. There are two bathrooms and a separate loo. Generally the house is stylish, clean and tidy.
The house is surrounded by gardens over which there are direct views from two windows in the room as shown in the photos. There’s private parking on the drive also.
I sometimes have a dog to stay and the kids are mad about their horses who might sometimes end up in the garden! Whoever rents the room will need to be keen on animals but ideally not have any themselves. Don’t want any more on site but might consider a small dog...
The room is for one person only, no couples although it will be fine for friends to stay once or twice a week.
Please email me a brief description of yourself, how old you are, if you’re studying or working, what you like doing with your spare time, etc. If possible include a photo so I can remember who is who! I actually managed to rent a property to the wrong person once! :-/

Not essential but if there’s someone with equestrian or cleaning experience there’s the opportunity to do a bit of work in return for cheaper rent.
Rent includes electrics, gas, water, broadband, rates, etc.
I’ll be looking for 6 weeks rent as a deposit and the first months rent in advance, plus a couple of references (from work/college).
Short and long term stays are fine.
