Single room to rent in central Lewes
Are you looking for somewhere quiet and clean to rent during the week?
Would you appreciate having an entire property to yourself?
Do you need parking or excellent public transport links?
Are you clean, tidy and considerate?
Then this could be the place for you!
A small, clean, bright single room with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
A small, modern two bedroom house, three minutes walk from Lewes station and the Depot cinema. You will have full access to kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom, patio with garden furniture, communal bike park and washing lines.
I completed a PhD at the University of Brighton and now work for a charity in London. I'm 40 years old - friendly, mature and considerate. I am in London during the week, so you would have the entire place to yourself. I will stay in the property most weekends.
You can rent the property Sun - Thurs or Mon - Fri or another combination. And if you wanted to stay the occasional weekend, that would fine too.
There is a dedicated car parking space next to the house.
The room will be available from September 2021 onwards. Ideally looking for 6 months minimum. You will be required to pay a deposit of £500 and first month's rent in order to secure the room.
If you're interested, please drop me a line telling me a bit about yourself.
