You will have full use of the communal areas and I'd like the new tenant to feel like they are in a house share rather than just renting a room!

- 15min walk to town/train station (5 by bike!) - or catch the half hourly 127 bus into town.

- 10 walk to mins to Pells Pond and Pell's outdoor swimming pool.

- Easy access to the downs and the river (both great places to escape).

The room comes with a King sized bed, wardrobe, small desk and chair, and a set of draws. However it can be emptied of the furniture.

I’m a friendly, professional male in my early 40’s; I'm not stuffy and pretty laid back. I'm vegetarian but don't mind what you eat provided you are clean and tidy(ish).
