Lovely renovated flat in the center of Lewes. 2 mins walk from the station, short walk to supermarkets, close to cute boutique shops and brilliant pubs. All bills included, with a usually weekly cleaner. Sharing with two relaxed and friendly females who enjoy watching films together, cooking, wine, and walking but also enjoy their own space. Both are very easy to live with and very clean and tidy.

The room is large with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side tables and a wardrobe. The flat has everything you need with iron, ironing board, hoover, TV, lots of books and DVDs, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, etc. There is a main bathroom with a large bath and shower and toilet, plus another separate toilet, large open plan living room and kitchen, and a small courtyard out the back of the flat. No smoking inside the flat. A parking permit will be available but would have to be organised by yourself (costs around £120/year I think).

I am the landlord but am moving away for work but my parents live close by and are always available in an emergency or if you have any questions.

Looking for a responsible, clean and tidy female. Ideally a professional who is looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months but ideally longer.
