Good Size Double Room

Your bedroom

Hello. I have a lovely double room to let in my quiet home situated in the Winterbourne area of Lewes. Either a mature student or professional would suit, however being clean, tidy and respectful is essential. There will just be the two of us.

The room is south facing and gets lots of sunshine. Its 3.15m x 3.3m in size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The table and sofa in the photos are my current housemate’s own and will be going when she moves out.

I live a 5 min walk to the bus stop (10 min bus journey to Falmer and 20 min bus to Brighton) and a 15min walk to Lewes train station.

The bathroom, kitchen and (sometimes) the living room will be shared with me. This gives us both space and so I’m afraid I can’t consider couples.

I’m a 44 year old professional and am friendly and sociable. I’m pretty chilled and like my own space sometimes.

There are no pets in the house, but sometimes the neighbour’s cat demands to be let in for a bit.
