The ground floor double room has a lovely view to the South Downs and is furnished with a double bed, clothes rail in storage cupboard with shelves, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, office chair, and small chair. The room has a gas central heating radiator and a Clearview wood burning stove. There is a shower room with WC and basin on the ground floor, which will be mostly for your use although you would be welcome to use the bathroom upstairs as well.

Current residents work in varied jobs ranging from education to design and deliveries.

There is a large kitchen / diner with the usual amenities, downstairs shower room and WC. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely views from bedroom and kitchen. Free parking outside the house on the street.
It's approximately 10 mins walk to 28 and 29 bus stop to Brighton or Tunbridge wells, and approx 30 mins to central Lewes and train station. Rent includes all bills, gas, electric, water, internet, TV licence, and council tax band D.

It's a friendly relaxed household, We are sociable but fairly quiet, so not suitable for a party animal.
We would like a nice friendly considerate person with a mature attitude to join our household. You must be able to clean up after yourself, leave the house secure, and consider others. Age range can be flexible if you have a mature and responsible attitude.

The garden has direct access to the South Down's and lots of lovely walks.
