Double Room - Mountfield Road, Lewes

Hey!

I’ve recently bought a flat in central Lewes and looking to rent a double room. The flat is bright and spacious with 2 balconies and views of the South Downs. The room is newly decorated, fully furnished with access to a shared garden and private parking.

Perfectly located 5 minutes walk into Lewes town centre and 2 minutes walk to Lewes train station. Regular trains to Brighton/London and just 1 stop from Sussex University.

I have the other room. I’m a professional 34 year old, tidy friendly guy and I work from home Monday - Wednesday. I’m in London on Thursdays and then spend most weekends away somewhere with my girlfriend, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. Looking for someone tidy, quiet and respectful.

All bills included with internet, Netflix, council tax, water, gas, electricity etc with a regular cleaner for communal areas. Essentially you don’t need to worry about anything else and I don’t require a deposit.
