This is a beautiful flat in a wonderfully central location in Lewes, with views of the downs to the south and The Castle close by to the north. The bedroom is spacious and well equipped with ample cupboard space. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room with lovely views of the Downs.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy and responsible person, who could be a mature student or professional.

I will mainly be away Monday to Friday so you will have the flat to yourself for much of the time.

The let is 7 days per week, but only for the spring and summer season, i. e. this arrangement ends at the end of September.

Rent at £650 per month for 7 days per week.

From October onwards, this will be a Mon-Fri let. Rent £600 per month.

This would be ideal for someone working at Glyndebourne for the season.

All bills and broadband included in the rent.

The flat is in central Lewes close to shops, cafés and restaurants, 6 minutes walk to the station.
