Lovely double room in Lewes with free parking

A lovely double room 5 minutes from Lewes centre, 10 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the bus stop to Brighton, Tunbridge Wells etc. We also have free parking outside the house and it’s an easy walk along the river to the high street.

I'm looking for a relaxed and tidy lodger preferably female to come and live with us. My home is spacious with a square staircase with a large hall, I'm told its fun and relaxed with two cats and bees in the back garden. The good sized double room is fully furnished with a built-in cupboard. The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger and the occasional guests only. You would be more than welcome to use the dining room and sitting room too. The kitchen is spacious and has a breakfast bench, there is also a boot room and back and front yards/ gardens. The front yard/ garden is ideal for BBQs, fires and entertaining in the summer.

All bills including wifi are included except for the cleaning bill (a cleaner will come once a week) this monthly bill of approximately £144 - £180 will be split between us
(three people) I will add £50 per month onto the rent to cover this.
Access to the South Downs is 7 minutes away on foot!
