Second is lodger in separate part of house who would have two private rooms. Marked with green squares on floorpan. Rooms can be configured to suit needs of lodger. This lodger would share master bathroom with 1 other lodger. They would also have use of an additional downstairs toilet. This lodger would have use of shared kitchen/ dining area and a shared small snug area with woodburner.
