Lovely Room In A Light And Airy Flat

Just a 2 minute walk from Moulscoomb train station (4 mins on the train to Falmer and 6 mins to Brighton station), this second floor flat is so spacious, light and beautiful that I really don't want to leave!

My flatmate is leaving the country and moving out in July, so I am trying to find a fellow chilled out, tidy and clean (ideally vegan) person to move in with me. The room is lovely and can comfortably fit a double bed, with space to walk around it on either side. The flat is technically unfurnished, however the room comes with a large desk with 6 drawers and a large, triple wardrobe!

One of my favourite features is the huge windows that open up entirely for a really nice indoor outdoor flow :) and they open up onto the view of some lovely trees. We get the evening light through our bedroom windows!

The south facing living room is hugely spacious and we have a drop leaf table and fold away chairs so that we can clear it all away and have plenty of room for at least 2 people to do some yoga :)! And the living room gets lots of light all day long! (can you tell I love sunlight?) Balcony with lovely views. Super duper comfy sofas - the kind that you sit in in an old persons house and just sink into it 😍

The kitchen is large and funtional, with loads of counter space and cupboards! I am a plant mum and have lots of thriving babies around, so you'd have to be okay with me bringing new plant home fairly often... we have a nice bathroom with a bath and a walk in storage cupboard which is very handy!!

Rent is £487.50 a month and bills usually come to around £100 a month each

£612.50 deposit + first month's rent upfront = £1100
Change of tenancy cost = £50
