Hi!!😊 I'm looking for one students to join our house of 5 for the next academic year starting from August 2024. The house is located next to University of Brighton near Mithras house, so just 3 minutes walk to the university. Grocery stores like Aldi and Sainsbury's are nearby. Currently, 5 people are staying out of which 1 will move out, so me and another house mate are looking for one people to join us. The rent is £606.66 per person per month. The approximate utility bill for gas, electricity, water and internet are £ 70-80 per person per month.
I am a PhD student in Moulsecoomb campus currently in my first year, going onto second year next year.
