Looking To Replace Me In The Tenancy

i am planning on moving out because a group of my friends live in another house and one of their rooms have become available. i need to find someone to replace me in the tenancy before the 25th of march. This room is perfect for students that study in moulsecoomb campus of university of brighton but is still great for those that study in different campus as there is a bus stop at the end of the road that leads to all the campus. there is also a train station on the oppisite side of the road. the room is furnished and comes included with a desk and chair, a double bedframe with a matress, a mirror, a wardrobe and a shelf. The house has three batherooms, with one having a bath and shower head and the second being just a shower. the kitchen is also fully furnished with all the basic stuff with more such as dish washer and airfryer. the house also has a garden in the back with a jacuzzi which is great for relaxation and hanging out in. i am looking for a person that will get along with the current renters and is within the same age group. a refrence and a guarantor is required in order to rent. the rent is £520 with £91.50 to uni homes making it £611.50 per month.
