The house is located in Moulsecoomb, with a great connection as the bus stop is located right in front of the house. Furthermore, Falmer train station is less than 20 minutes walk away.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge/kitchen area. The available room is on the ground floor. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and plenty of space.
The house is clean and quiet.
The rent is £591 per month, plus bills which are +/- £55 per month.
