Double furnished room available for 3 to 4 months. All bills (gas, electric, water & internet) and council tax are included in the price advertised.

The house is close to both universities, Wild Park and Stanmer park. The 49 bus stops just outside the house and we are a 15 minute walk to Farmer train station.

The house has a large living / dining room, 2 bath / shower rooms, and and a garden which is currently being renovated. There is free on-street parking available.

The room would be suitable for mature students or professionals.

Current household consists of one male, 2 females (aged 28-32) and one loving chihuahua (aged 3).

We enjoy cooking and often eat together in the evenings. We also enjoy arts and crafts, nature walks, board games, and going to music events at the weekend. One of us works from home, one is a teacher, and one is a social work student.
