Room to rent in Moulsecoomb

We’re a friendly, relaxed household with three working professionals, looking for a new housemate to take over a room. Everyone works full-time, and we split the bills evenly. The house is clean and well-kept, and we have a closer relationship with the letting agent than most, as one of us knows them personally. If something in the house needs fixing, it’s sorted straight away. If you’re interested, get in touch for a viewing! We’re looking for someone who’ll integrate into the household—we’d love to make a new friend, share the spaces, and have the flexibility for visitors, just like we do!

The house is not a typical HMO or flat share, it will be as much yours as the two people remaining. The fourth bedroom is the office, has a built in desk and space to work from home (one of the occupants is currently WFH two days a week but there is more than enough space for two people to work at the same time). Double size fridge which conveniently splits into 3 and has a big shelf each.
