5 bed shared house.
There are currently 4 of us living in the house, all working professionals between the ages of 22 and 29. We aren’t currently a very social house as we all work very different schedules but are always up for a chat here and there and have been trying to do an occasional movie night :)
The house is based in the Moulscombe area just off the avenue, close to Brighton university and a 10 minute walk from moulscombe station.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
Deposit is first and last months rent so £1400
There is no damage deposit. Bills and council tax are all included.
Working professionals and students allowed.
Single occupancy room, minimum 6 months tenancy.
All types of guarantors welcomed.

The room is furnished other than the bed. The last tenant took the bed with them so have left this out for now if you wish to move your own bed in. If not the landlord WILL provide a double bed, it is just to give the option.
