Room to Rent out in Moulsecoomb!

I am currently moving out of my room in Moulsecoomb and looking for someone to take over my tendency. The girls are also really lovely, 2 attending Brighton Uni & 1 other attending Sussex Uni.

It’s a double bedroom - comes with 2 desks, a wardrobe and some draws. Theres 2 bathrooms in the house, a WC downstairs and a shower bathroom upstairs.

It’s a 15ish minute walk to Brighton campus & around a 7 minute walk to Aldi. Multiple bus stops nearby to take you to Sussex Uni or into town.

There is a £100 holder fee, which is non-refundable, but goes to first months rent / pay remainder of first month rent (dependent on date move in), and a damage deposit is required 7 days prior before move in, which is £807.50.
