Lovely, bright, single room to rent at cute bungalow in the Newhaven area, with full use of newly installed driveway. We are seeking a friendly household companion, preferably female, who is a non-smoker and must like cats! My husband works away a lot, so will not be around very often. You will have full use of kitchen (cutlery and crockery provided), shared bathroom, lounge/dining area and spacious front and back garden. Pictures do not do it justice!
• 15 minute walk to train station
• 10 minute walk to bus stop – 12/12a/12x takes you directly into Brighton town centre
• Beautiful walks along the river and downs, just minutes down the road!
We love living in Newhaven, as it is a quiet getaway from the busy bustling city life of Brighton.
If you are interested, I would like to invite you over for lemonade, in order to give you the opportunity to have a look around and establish if we might be the type of people you would like to live with. I can also provide a very magical guided tour! I am asking for £470 a month, including bills and wifi. I will also require a £450 pound deposit, which you will get back at the end of your lodging. AVAILABLE FROM FEBRUARY 2019 ONWARDS!
