I have a large furnished room to let, in a three bedroom house. The room is furnished, however any of the items of furniture can be stored if required.
Any lodger will have use of all the communal spaces, including garage a bike.
The house is shared with my small dog, any lodger will need to be happy with an affectionate little beast.
The house is located in Newick, within a few minutes walk of all the local amenities, including a regular bus service to Haywards Heath, Uckfield and Lewes and beautiful open countryside.
I am away on a regular basis, so you will have the house to yourself quite a bit.
