Cozy bedroom in Patcham village

I'm looking for a tidy, considerate and friendly housemate to share my Patcham flat.
I live on my own at the moment but I've always lived with other people so it feels really weird! Its a lovely village location, it would suit someone that's looking to be close to Brighton but in a quieter and greener location than the city centre.
Patcham has a couple of cracking coffee shops, pubs, village bakery etc... The number 5 bus stop is opposite the flat for easy access to Brighton or Hove and the National express coach collects at the end of the road making it also easy for Gatwick or Heathrow. There is street parking in patcham without restrictions, and I'm 500m from the A23 and A27 junctions so it's a good spot for someone that needs to commute for work or has friends and family outside Brighton. The room itself is freshly decorated with high ceilings and a large windows so it gets great light. It has a double bed but is not large enough for a desk so would suit someone that doesn't need a desk/work from home most of the time. The flat has a pretty patio garden and a large living/dining room. I've got 2 cats, both rescues, so a cat lover is an essential! (It's really their flat they just kindly let me stay). I'm 39 years old, I'm neat, tidy and courteous so I'm looking for someone similar. If you have any questions please let me know, happy flat hunting all :)
