Gorgeous double room for rent in a spacious semi-detached house, with large back garden. The room is south facing, so benefits from a lot of natural light and heat.

The room comes with:

* desk, chair and desk light

The bedroom is on the ground floor, but is totally accessible without having to go through any other rooms.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas cooker/oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a tumble dryer in the garage.

Off street parking and the house is located near 3 bus routes (5B, 5 and 5A). It's also very close to the A23/A27, easy access to Worthing, Eastbourne, Crawley, Gatwick etc. As well as Sussex and Brighton Universities.

Looking for a professional or mature student, who likes cats and children, as you would be sharing the house with myself, my 11 year old child and our cat Pickle 😃.

We need someone who will respect our home and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, as we do. We're happy for you to have friends over, but preferably no overnight stays during the week

We're a very easy going household and will totally respect your space and privacy, but if you want to join us for dinner or watch TV with us, you're most welcome.
