House share in Peacehaven

Hi,
I have double bedroom available to rent in Peacehaven East Sussex. Only 5 minutes walk to bus stop and cliffs/sea. Train station is approximately 10minutes away by car. Easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and London.

I am a live-out land lady looking for a short term lodger from August 2022 to January 2023. The room is a standard double room for single occupancy. £500 per month bills included excluding telephone. Current 2 professional lodgers (male) and don’t mind male or female to join them..

The room currently has a single bed completed with wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers.

Share bathroom, downstairs loo, living/dining room, kitchen and garden.
Parking space available on a first in first served basis, no parking more than two consecutive days, also easy on street parking close to the property.

Ideal lodger is a clean and tidy person
Working full time
No smoking or vaping indoors
No shoes are allowed indoors
No food in bedroom
No loud music etc
