Large Double Room Overlooking The Sea

Recently redecorated double room. It will be furnished with bed, beside table, TV stand. We do have old spare tv if you need one in the room as well.

Shared kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, there are three bathrooms in the property. 2 showers, 2 baths. Lovely garden with great access to Pevensey Bay Beach.

We do have cats and a small dog, all very friendly. Other pets are welcome.

The room overlooks the sea and the property is situated in a quiet area. Lots of off road parking on the drive, there is a garage for storage should you need to put anything in there.

We are a very social household but will respect any boundaries you have. We do occasionally have people over but within reason and would be happy to involve any new member to the household.

Council tax is included in the cost.

If a couple does want to rent the room, the rent may rise slightly but happy to discuss.

The room will be ready for end of April, start of May. Photos are as it is now. The flooring is just being done and once that's done will upload Photos with furnishings.
