Two floors. Bedrooms and bathroom on first floor. Large, open-plan communal area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge-freezer etc.) and an additional bathroom/wet room on second floor. Wifi available throughout the house. Private car parking in secure location (carport) behind property.

There is also a garden to use when the weather allows and a balcony linked to the Lounge to make it lovely to chill out in during the summer.

2 min walk to Portslade station and Aldi & Sainsburys and other local amenities. 20 minute cycle to central Brighton (or short train/bus ride). Garden path into national park and open downland.

Current housemates are Roxanne who works in education and Paul who works in security. We would prefer someone who is sociable and enjoys the occasional drink, house trained etc but also understands we all have busy working lives and so respect for each other is key! Likes the pub, thai food, coffee, gym etc is all a bonus

Rent includes all bills (and unlimited broadband access) and a fortnightly cleaner. Minimum 6-month term but ideally a longer term member of the household.
All for £550 a month!

**Update**
With the current situation with Covid-19 viewing is possible whilst social distancing.
Also regarding the social distancing this is also possible whilst living together due to the communal area being large and all housemates wash down the areas that they use and the bathroom after each use.
