I am looking for a student (aged 20 or above) or professional who is self contained and considerate to move in. The room is a lovely size in a quiet household with a lovely garden. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 fridge/freezers in the house.

My house is very close to Portslade train station (8-10 minute walk) and bus routes. Close by are amenities such as supermarkets, parks, a gym and a high street. There is free parking outside the house and I have space for a bike. Universities and Brighton town centre are accessible through trains or buses. The number 6 bus stops just outside the house and there are other buses on the Main Road.

I have a cleaner who comes twice every month to clean the bathrooms and living rooms and this is included in the price of the rent. I don’t have any animals in the house.
