A lovely, spacious masionette with a large kitchen-diner (dishwasher included!) and a separate lounge.

The bedroom available is a small double for single occupancy, unfurnished but with built in wardrobe/storage. (You can see in the picture the current occupant has chosen to have a single bed but there's plenty of room for a double, plus chest of drawers and a desk or book shelf etc.)

We are conveniently located near to Boundary Road shops and excellent transport links - 5 minutes' walk to Portslade Station and less than 30 seconds walk for buses into Hove/Brighton Centre. Bathroom shared with one other.

I work as an Administrator in Higher Education and my flatmate works freelance as a costume maker. We are both in our early 30s and in our free time enjoy baking, going to choir, playing the piano and watching too much true crime on netflix!

We share our home with 2 inquisitive but very cute cats so you'd need to be ok living with cats.

We're looking for a flatmate to take our third room who will also enjoy this place as their home and who isn't shy about the occasional bit of hoovering! Would suit a working professional or mature student also in their late 20s or 30s.

The property is managed by the landlord who is excellent and quick to respond to any issues. Will need to provide references and deposit of £400. Rent is £420/month and bills are currently approx £125/month.
