Double Room in nice peaceful neighbourhood

The house is very close to buses into town, 20 min walk to the train station and also has a parking space on the driveway so really easy access to the A27 within 5 mins. The bedroom comes with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes. More furniture available or can be taken out if you have your own. The house is fairly modern with a small garden to the rear. I work in wine and end up working most weekends, but with my time off I like to keep fit and love to travel!

I’m pretty chilled out around the house, like to keep it clean and tidy but not too high maintenance! A previous housemate described me as the easiest person to live with 😇

Looking for someone friendly and chilled to live with that will enjoy doing some things together (dinner/Netflix nights) as well as being able to do our own thing some evenings. Drop me a message and we’ll go from there!

Oh and yes that is a pole in the living room, outside of lockdown times I do pole classes, usually save the practice for when the house is empty though 😅
