Looking For A Housemate!

I’m looking for someone to move in on a 6-month rolling contract. You must be working full time, be earning at least £16’000 a year and have been in your current employment for at least 3 months.

Someone who enjoys socialising but also respects my privacy, tidies up after themselves and understands that this would be their flat as much as mine so to treat it accordingly. Up for the occasional drink and catch up too! A non-smoker preferably.

The room / flat;

The room is a decent double sized room and unfurnished. It has a lot of natural light. Besides the available room the flat is fully furnished (including a washing machine), with a nice open living room that has wide windows that lets in a lot of light. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect sizes for 2!

The location;

Situated in a quiet close, the flat is in a calm little spot but is only a couple minutes walk away from the main high street which caters for all of your needs. The flat is also just a 5 minute walk from Portslade train station and Brighton centre is just 20 minutes away on the bus.

About myself;

I work full time in the afternoons and evenings. In my spare time, with the current restrictions, I spend a lot of my time gaming in my room so I will not be in the way. I enjoy watching and competing in sports, and have a passion for photography. In the summer I love to go down the beach and enjoy the sun! I am generally a sociable person and, with the shared living room, hope that we can hang out from time to time! I am a tidy person, I do not make much mess but make sure when I do that it is cleaned up, I like to live in a tidy home.
