Please note: not en suite - bath and toilet are shared and 1 floor down. Kitchen is shared and equipment provided There is an additional bath and toilet on the gf. This is an excluded license lodging and I use the Spareroom standard agreement for this type of arrangement. If we are making an agreement we will go through it in detail but please ensure that you understand and are happy with these terms
