Veggie/Vegan Housemate Wanted

I'm looking for somoene to join me (Ade) and Goji the cat in this quiet unfurnished 2 bed house in Portslade Old Village.
Unfortunately, i have no photos yet as there is work being completed on the house. This should be done by beginning of July.
The house has a large lounge which opens into a modern fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge & freezer.
There is 1 bathroom with th usual toilet, sink, bath & shower.
There is a small front garden iand a relatively large back garden with a sheltered patio area and pond at the back.
no garage, but there is on street parking. Buses 1/1a are within easy access.
I'm not adverse to living with smokers or carnivores as long as its not in the house.
would suit someone creative who loves cats, plants and wants a quiet home rather than a noisy houseshare.
It's not a party house but i'm sure there'll be some!
