THE HOUSE
- This is a two storey, semi-detached house.
- There is one main bathroom and one downstairs toilet, both shared.
- There's also a large living room and fully equipped kitchen.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED
The rent includes all utility bills:
- Gas,
- Electricity,
- Water,
- Council Tax,
- Fibre optic internet (superfast)
- Regular cleaning of bathrooms and common areas

All of these are covered by the landlord.

TRANSPORT
- By Car: Easy access to A23 and A27.
Free parking on street and also private driveway.
- By Bus: The bus station is right next to the house and bus routes go direct to Brighton train station or Portslade town centre.

LOCAL AMENITIES
We are directly opposite a small parade of shops, including:
- a Post Office,
- a Newsagents,
- an Italian food shop,
- a local Bakery (fresh bread!)
- a Hair dresser,
- a Pizza shop!
- a small convenience store (opens early and closes late).

Nearby East Hill Park is great for jogging etc.

Due to the number of housemates already, the room is suitable for a single person only, no couples, sorry.
