Beautifully Furnished King Bed Room in Cosy Home

My husband and I are looking for a lodger in our cosy home to occupy our beautifully furnished double bedroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a King Size bed with an Inofia Memory foam mattress, as well as a very large closet, bedside tables and a full length mirror. It even has its own fridge in the closet for you to store your chilled goods separately in your own room.

We have one other lodger who stays with us who is a young Spanish professional lady who stays very much to herself and is hardly noticeable as she works evenings and is very considerate. She is very friendly when we see her in passing but otherwise keeps to herself.

We also have a sweet and friendly 7 year old jack Russell named Leo who likes to have a pat when you get home and maybe a scratch behind the ears.

We have a large shared bathroom with a bath tub and we have a large shared kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a beautiful breakfast table to eat at.

Our living room and downstairs room our out of access to lodgers as that is where my husband who is disabled spends most of his time as his mobility makes it difficult for him to go upstairs nowadays.

Our house is only minutes walking distance from the Portslade train station and bus stations to take you all over Brighton & Hove, and about a 15 minute walk from the seafront.

We are looking for a student or professional who is okay with a calm and cosy home to return to. All bills are included; including superfast wifi, heating, gas, water, and council tax.
