Cosy double room in well-kept house sharing with one single professional female and sometimes a dog. Just off Boundary Road in Portslade, so close to lots of bus routes and shops, and just a 7-minute walk from the train station. On the train it’s just 4 mins to Hove and 7 mins to Brighton.
The room has a bed, a chest of drawers and a lamp. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. Wifi, TV, kitchen stuff all shared. All bills included.
About me: single gay professional female with a dog who lives with me part time. I work from home and keep my home quiet and clean. The dog is gentle, friendly and loves cuddles.
