My bedsit is fully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. The roof terrace is used by two others only. You can park on side streets free of charge. The bus stop is two minutes walk N0 1X almost direct to Brighton and Portslade Station is a 10 minute walk, with Fishersgate Station being even closer. This provides quick and convenient connections to Brighton, London, Portsmouth etc. There is Broadband, a Washing Machine . Your bathroom is equipped with a toilet, and shower. Loretta has her own bathroom, so therefore you will be sharing with one person only. There are three bathrooms within the house in total, should there be an emergency or whatever. There is a co-op shop around the corner, two-minutes walk away. There is also takeaways and a local corner shop too. Aldi and Tesco on Boundary Road, Portslade are a 10 minute walk.
