I have a furnished suite of rooms that include a single bedroom with a shower cubicle, a study room and a separate toilet (cloakroom) available on my ground floor. I live in a modern three-storey townhouse near Preston Park (about 10 minutes’ walk from Preston Park railway station). London Road railway station is within walking distance (around 20 minutes, I think) from my home as is Brighton railway station (around 30 minutes). My home is about half an hour’s walking distance from the city centre and also on the 5/5a/5b bus route as well as near to local shops and amenities.

I have WiFi (broadband) and utility bills would be included in the rent. My lounge and kitchen are on the first floor. I have access to Netflix on my Smart TV. I also have a washing machine that you can use.

The Duke of York’s Picture House at Preston Circus is a 10-minute walk from my home so if you enjoy watching films on the big screen that’s convenient.

I’m a freelance editor, proofreader and project manager, who works from home and lives alone. My home office is based on my second floor along with my bedroom and bathroom. I’m friendly, clean, tidy, health-conscious and enjoy practising yoga and meditation. I’m also a non-smoker and don’t have any pets.
