I’m Helen, looking for someone to share my home with. I have been in the flat for a year, one housemate is moving on after 3 years and a room has become available.

The whole flat is furnished apart from the available double bedroom with en suite toilet and sink- Any questions, just message me! There may be a cool IKEA wardrobe to use in the available room, I can confirm this. A year tenancy is offered, private LL but agency sign up so a professional would be best suited to this.


I love a chat, and I care about the person I share my home with. It’s a beautiful place, we have a dishwasher, modern shower/ bathroom, a house cat called Sophie who loves to be part of the action. Ideally I’d like to live with someone who’s happy to do their own thing but would be open and receptive to hanging out at times, someone who is considerate of the shared space and is willing to contribute to the overall running of the flat. I love to go out but not that often these days due to work. We have off-road parking, the block is very quiet and safe, the flat backs onto the shared garden so we have nice views from the front room with double doors to open in the summer. The garden is looked after by maintenance so it’s always well kept.
