I’m seeking someone to replace me in my current house share.
Preston Park, Brighton, BN1.
The 2 bedroom, second floor flat is only one street away from the park, a 6 minute walk from Preston Park station, a 20 minute walk from Brighton Station, located nearby 4 local pubs, a Sainsbury’s & it has brilliant bus routes.
The room is a spacious double, with built in storage, 2 full wardrobes with cupboards above and the all important balcony. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2020 and it has a spacious, light living room. It’s a 2nd floor flat in a small apartment building with only 8 flats. The residents are nice and there is a little green space at the rear. It’s secured with double doors & a key pad so access is restricted.
Permit parking is available directly outside.

My housemate and I have moved house together so I’ve known her for almost 3 years. Hannah (27) is very sweet, clean and conscientious. She works full time at the FireFighters Charity in Littlehampton as a physical rehabilitation specialist.

The landlord is remote and the property is maintained by HW Estate Agents.
I’m moving out to live with my partner & not because of the flat :)

Bills are approx £150 on top (incl council tax, internet & dependant on gas and electric usage)
