About us:
My partner and I are both young (27) professionals looking for housemates. We are ideally looking for someone who does not work from home full time (sorry freelancers) and has a semi-established social life in Brighton. We would like someone who respects the space we’re cultivating, who doesn’t mind an occasional DnD gathering, and will occasionally join us for a roast, or a pint at our local.

We’re also open to people who have pets! - Unfortunately no cats or non-hypoallergenic dogs ( I’m allergic:( ) but all other types of pets are welcome as long as you keep the space clean.

About the space:
-Both available rooms are downstairs, next to living space.
-Both rooms are fully furnished - with a king sized bed, black-out blinds, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a desk. Equipped with hardwired internet, ideal for working or gaming. We’re also able to put some furniture in storage if you have items you’re moving with.
-Spacious shared lounge and a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen.
-Large garden with a patio, pond, and a greenhouse with room to spare.
-Driveway parking as well as an empty garage, and space for a bike.
-Friendly neighbours with a cat who visits our garden regularly.
-Great location, quiet suburban area with a great local pub and near-by bus routes into town. We’re also 15-minutes away from Preston park station, which is great for commuters.

Rent includes the cost of bills, council tax, TV license, WiFi.

You’d be a great fit if you’re:
