Lovely room available

Hi there,
I’m moving out at the end of April / beginning of May, so my room is becoming available for someone looking for a minimum 6-month stay.
The house is genuinely a great place to live: spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location, only 3 minutes from Preston Park station and nearby bus stops, with Brighton under 10 minutes away. The available room is upstairs and overlooks the back garden. The house also has a shared kitchen, separate living room, garden, driveway, and two bathrooms plus an extra downstairs toilet.
You’d be living with a friendly group of professional housemates who are sociable, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces.

We are a group of working professionals, with different schedules, but often together in the evenings.
