Available - Double Bedroom In Beautiful Large Flat

I have a good sized double bedroom to rent in a large spacious beautiful and clean Victorian flat with the usual decorative features and high ceilings. This is a calm, peaceful, clean and fresh smelling household and am looking for someone who would appreciate the same along with knowing how to clean up after themselves.

You have use of the entire flat which includes the kitchen, a large living room and a separate dining room (both with open fires) and there are 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath). Also included is a good sized garden with a southerny aspect and off street parking.

I have a dog and would prefer you to be animal friendly.

All bills are included with the exception of telephone. Cleaning will also be included.

I am happy to consider a mon to fri arrangement at a reduced rate.
