Room to let in gay houseshare in Brighton, right by Preston Park. Would suit gay man, sharing with one professional gay man. Handy for Preston Park and London Road stations. Right on 5b bus route direct into town centre. The room itself is a sunny, newly decorated room with double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe c.10ft x 12 ft. This is not just a room to let though, it would be good if it was more of a house share and you will have full access to large kitchen, lounge, sunny garden, use of spare bedroom on occasion if needed, use of sheets, towels, iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Current housemate and I cook together a lot and while this is not an essential, a sociable atmosphere would be good. If you like popular culture (Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Doctor Who, Handmaids Tale etc) we'll probably get on. No bills on top of rent i. e. rent includes council tax, wifi, tv licence, energy bills, etc. Room available from 1 September but this may be negotiable if required. Any queries let me know...
