One double room available in new build!

Hello all,

I have one spare room in my cosy two bedroom new build house.

(Vacant) The first room is the largest room in the property with two windows which already consists of a Queen size bed with mattress, 3x floor to ceiling wardrobes , chest of drawers, large mirror, dressing table.

(Occupied) The second room is a medium sized room in the property which consists of a double bed, wardrobe, large mirror.

You will have access to the garden, (parking), kitchen, living room, main bathroom and additional bathroom.

I’m looking for a working professional, someone who does clean up after themselves.

No time wasters/students/party animals. References and DBS check required. Minimum stay is 6 months.

All toiletries and washing up liquid/detergents will have to be supplied by yourself however the utensils and items to cook in will be provided.
