Room available in 3 bedroom furnished house. Price inclusive of all bills, council tax and water included in rent price. 5 week deposit to pay.

Current housemates consist of two professional females. We have lived in multiple house shares for many years so we’re good with respecting personal space but are always happy for a chat or a night in/out.

Looking for 1 young professional (no students and no couples) who is happy to give us space when needed but don't mind a movie/wine night on the sofa or popping to the pub. The area we live in is quite peaceful with excellent transport routes to the town center. We’re quite tidy and like to keep a clean space so would ideally want someone similar. We enjoy cooking and baking and are vegetarian. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

We’re not just looking for a housemate but a new friend as well. We like to socialise but equally enjoy our space.

The bathroom consists of shower and bath, kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has good storage space and small double bed. Lovely large back garden with a deck and outdoor furniture. We don’t mind cigarette smokers but please only outside! There is free on street parking, a double garage we take turns using, bus stop right outside and a 10 minute walk to the high street and sea front with more bus routes into town so getting around is super easy!
