Hi everyone,

We’re looking for a tidy and chill person to fill in our cosy room located in Rottingdean!
Rent is 600 a month + bills (council tax included), and the lease runs until the end of July next year.
The security deposit is 808 pounds.
Flat has optimal storage space.
Bus stop, beach and Tesco all at your door step.
Buses run into town every 5 minutes, straight down the water front, making Rottingdean super accessible.

The room is furnished with a king size bed and bedside table. You’d also have a secondary room, that we use as a walk in wardrobe.
We're also open to leaving the room unfurnished if needed.

The lease runs until the 26th of July 2026.

You’d be living with Finn, in his 30s, who works in construction and is an ace chef! His two boys stay with him on weekends and super lovely and respectful. He also often travels overseas so you'll have the house to your self a lot of the time!
