I am looking for a single man to rent a double room in the 2 bedroom terrace house where I live in Rye Harbour. There is a modern kitchen and a garden as well as a bathroom with shower over the bath. I occupy the second bedroom and the living room. I have a dog. The house is situated in a residential ‘square’ with regular local bus service into Rye, being approximately a mile away. There is a general store literally round the corner. The nature reserve and the sea are within easy walking distance.
