It includes a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, chair, work desk and a single bed.
A double bed would be possible also
You would be sharing with myself, my 10 year old daughter who stays 2/3 nights every week and a 23 year old working female.
We have a super dog as well.
My daughter and I sleep upstairs.
The room would suit a masters student or a single professional trying to save.
Fantastic garden areas.
All kitchen equipment supplied.
