We are a friendly and fun working family looking for someone (professional female or couples) to live with us in our family home. Tenancy 6 months but can be extended after the initial period has passed on mutual agreement.

We have two boys aged 7yrs and one aged 2.5 years. The person/s wanting to live here will need to be happy to live in a house with children and the noise and mess that comes with them and be understanding of the fact this is our family home.

Saltdean is a lovely neighbourhood, our house is less than 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from shops and bus stop with a direct bus into Brighton centre. 15 minute drive to University of Sussex.

We have a bright and airy good sized double room within our four bedroom house.

- Access to own shower room opposite bedroom
- Washing and drying facilities
- Free parking

We also provide kitchen items; pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups etc for you to use as well as cupboard and fridge/freezer space.

Unfortunately no pets as our son is allergic and non smokers only.
