A large double furnished room my beautiful artistic home ..
Shared large kitchen area ( with me , own fridge and cupboard space ,bathroom upstairs , mainly for you or if I have friends in guest room , I have my own en-suite. Very spacious lounge and small office space if required , also available storage space can be negotiated in garage space , but not huge items , lovely garden ..

great bus routes to brighton (10 mins ) and direct bus route to Brighton station off street parking , very close to Saltdean beach the newly refurbished Lido and white cliffs cafe , also small local shops including VIP pizza and domino’s
Would prefer a cat lover as I have 3 . They are extremely friendly although one is now 26 yrs old and very sedentary .
Would suit professional or student and a non smoker is preferred
