You’ll have your own drive way, with separate entrance to the studio .
Through your gate entrance, which is at the bottom of your drive, you enter onto your own self contained, fully enclosed, small private garden. This also leads to the front door of the studio.
The studio includes all brand new decoration, amenities and appliances.
You’ll have your own kitchen which includes the following appliances: oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer.
A bathroom with electric shower, basin and toilet, with extra shelf space behind the toilet.
A utility/ storage space with a washing machine down below, and hanging rail above, which can be doubled up as wardrobe/airing cupboard.
The property has electric heating.
The garden is yet to be completed (hence no photos), but is a lovely little fully enclosed sun trap, surrounded by trees and plants, and will be complete with fake grass.

The studio is located on a private road, which is a 30 second walk away from the bus stop, with buses going directly into Brighton. The local shops; co-op, hair dressers, cafes, hardware store, post office etc, is a 1-2 min drive away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Pets are more than welcome!

We do require a month’s rent up front (which will go into a gov held scheme), and a contract to be signed. No smoking/vaping permitted inside the property.

We live to the side of the property so are always on hand to help with any queries you have!
